This is what happens when you're married to a hunter...

You get deer strapped to the top of your car!!! It's a good thing I'm such a wonderful wife, lol... So Trever's friend Matt works with Andrew who had never shot a deer since they just got him into hunting last year. So Trever, Kinlee, Matt and Andrew go hunting tonight and they get this deer, and since they drove our car up there, the lucky deer got a ride home on top! Trev is on cloud 9 with his little hunter girl, Kinlee was so excited to get her camo and orange on tonight and go huntin with the guys, when Andrew shot the deer she was so excited!

My deer and elk hunt ended last week so we took Kinlee up to ride in the Ranger to see if we could find something and Trever ended up getting this grouse, so Kinlee had to go help him carry it back. We just got our Ranger a few weeks ago and we love it! It was such a pain this summer because with our fourwheeler someone always had to stay back with Hayes, our Ranger has a back seat we can put the car seats in and both kids can come with us. I really wanted the Sunset Red one but Trever (spoiled) got the Browning Edition Camo!!!

GOTTA LOVE UTAH WEATHER!

This is what we woke up to last Sunday morning! (a FEW inches) I'm not a big fan of the snow, so I wasn't too excited, especially when I was in a t-shirt the day before. It was so funny when Kinlee saw it Trev and I were standing by the front door and she walked in the kitchen, grabbed a cup, and headed for the door. So of course I said "Kin what are you doing?" she said "I'm goin to get me a cup of snow" (independent little stinker!) I think she's been dying to eat it since last winter...

By the time it quit snowing that afternoon we had 11-12 inches of snow! It was crazy, so later that afternoon I took Kinlee up to my moms to play in the snow with Kenzee, they had a blast making snow angels and building a couple snowmen! *Thanks Kenz*

Luckily all the snow melted within a couple days and I'm enjoying the 60-70 degree weather again...

AUGUST

So we all HATE flies this time of year, it seems like we can't even open the door without 20 of them flying in the house. So one day I was killing them with they fly swatter and Kinlee was going behind me, picking them up and saying they were her pet flies, so of course I think it's kinda cute but really grose, so I talked her into putting them in a baggy. If you were all wondering what on earth the pet fly thing was all about.

Well this summer has been pretty crazy and fun... My little sister Kenzee turned 9, we had fun going to her birthday parties. My dad had one as his work and we went swimming, then my mom had one the next day and the girls made this way cute soap and had a sleepover. We weren't planning on Kinlee sleeping over, but of course she thinks she's one of the big girls so she wanted to stay, and she had a blast!

The next week was Chad and Megan's wedding (Trever's sister). Congrats! Kinlee was one of the ring bearer's and she did great, it was way cute. It was fun to see everyone, our friends from North Carolina were here and Trever's sister and her family from Florida. Trever's friend Gill brought his friend Steven and they are quite the guitar players, it was fun to listen to them play and sing some good tunes. Steven liked it back here so much he's coming to stay with us for a week in November. The next day was Trever's birthday, the big 26! We didn't do much, just went up to Sourdough for Sourdough days.

On the 13th Kinlee had surgery, it was minor, she just had the skin under her top lip cut. It went really good, I was nervous she'd get scared when the doctor took her back and when she woke up because they won't let the parents go back. They said that most little kids scream when they wake up and are a little disoriented, but when Kinlee woke up the nurse said she just opened her eyes and smiled (which made me feel so much better) it was really cute, when we were in the recovery room she just kept saying she wanted her Hazer boy (which is what she calls Hayes, we had dropped him off at my moms earlier that day). She loves him so much... Trever got cut above his eye a few weeks ago and had to have stitches so Kilee was way excited to have stitches like Daddy. Anyways, I'm glad it's done so we don't have to worry about it anymore.

Last weekend we went camping again, we finally got our lot traded for the one next to my dads up on Sourdough, so we went up there and started getting it ready to camp on.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KINLEE!
Yesterday was Kinlee's birthday so my little girl is 3 now. How crazy huh? She was so excited, she's been planning her Tinkerbell birthday party for months now. Although she has plenty of toys to last her a lifetime, she got a bunch of cute things, she's been having so much fun today playing with all of them. The first thing she said when she woke up that morning was "Mommy I'm free (three) now" and she wanted to learn how to hold 3 fingers up. Trev and I got her a Barbie bike, but she still doesn't know what to think of training wheels, I keep telling her the bike just wiggles, but she insists it's going to tip over... She'll sit on it, so hopefully she'll start riding it within a few days.

Yesterday I also had my first closing! Our neighbors Mike and April were nice enough to give me the opportunity to list their house. I really enjoyed working with them and living next to them, they were seriously the best neighbors, we are really going to miss them. :(

It's A Boy, Congrats Matt, Kelly and Ace!

OUR SUMMER SO FAR...

K, well I've started to notice I'm a picture FREAK... I've added some more pictures to the end of the slide show thing. Last Friday we went to the Dinosaur Park, which was pretty fun, but once a year is enough for me. The girls seemed to like it, I think their favorite part was feeding the fish (which were huge), the ducks and the bunnies...

Hayes started eating rice cereal this week, pretty exciting huh? Anyways it is pretty cute, he grabs your hand and pulls the spoon to his mouth.

Then yesterday my Mom had the day off so we (Me, my Mom, Kenzee, Kinlee & Hayes) went to Lagoon. We had a GREAT time! The kids loved it and it was so much fun watching them. I know I've said it before but Kinlee is seriously a little dare devil (she loves that kind of stuff like me I guess) I swear she would have gone on any ride, thank goodness she's still too small for the big ones!!! Every time she would get off a ride, she would come running, saying "it tickled my tummy!" and laugh. We were there all day, and as you can see, she was wore out!
Our summer has been pretty fun so far. In June we didn't do much, but we've had a busy July. We took Kinlee to ride go-carts one day, we heard she could ride on one of our laps, but when we got there they said she was too small so we let her play some games at the arcade and she had fun riding some rides. The week of the 4th we went to Island Park and stayed with my Dad and Kenzee, they were up there for a week, but we were only able to go for a few days. It was so beautiful, we camped right off the river. The river is really slow and is only about 1 1/2 ft deep so we were able to take the kids down in a raft. Kinlee & Kenzee had fun leaning over the edge to play in the water, and of course Hayes took a nap! One day while we were there we took a ride to Big Springs where a guy named John Sacs built a cabin and all its furnishings by hand years ago, it was amazing. Oh, and the best part, on the way back we stopped and had Huckleberry ice cream, YUMMY!While we were camping there were a few sightings of a couple black bears around camp -lucky- anyways the picture of the paw print in the mud is from one of them. On the way home we stopped at Bear World in Rexburg, it was the coolest thing ever, I highly recommend it! You drive through and there are bears EVERYWHERE! We had one come right up and put it's nose on the window, and a couple other's come right up to the car. Then they have a petting zoo with deer, baby deer, goats, pigs & chickens. The kids thought it was fun. After we got done there the girls went over and rode rides, we were worried if Kinlee would like them, but of course you can see her waving over the edge of the one ride. I tell ya she really is a little dare devil! My Grandpa Brown passed away about a month and a half ago, so on the way home Friday we stopped in Pocatello and stayed the night in a hotel with my mom and everybody so we could help clean some things out Saturday. Friday night was fun, we went swimming and watched fireworks since it was the 4th. When we left Pocatello Saturday we stopped in Malad and visited my friend Mandi who was here from Oklahoma, it was fun to see her and show her the kids. This past weekend we went camping up on Sourdough, I love it up there, we went on 4-wheeler rides, fishing and hung out by the fire, and of course we ate good! We love cooking in the dutch ovens. We went to the park the other day but we went in the middle of the day and it was WAY TOO HOT! My list of things to do the rest of the summer includes: Going swimming more, going to the zoo, going to the dinosaur park, riding horses and going camping more, so watch for more picts...

I love this picture... Hayes had his binkie in his mouth and right as I took the picture he dropped it and smiled. He is such a happy baby, he's been so much fun. Kinlee has been a GREAT big sister, she loves Hayes so much.

Kinlee's 1st Barrel Race!!!

Well my little girl had her first barrel race (and I loved it!) She did great, it was so cute, she did this little trot thing. Her favorite part was getting her trophy. Now she wants to start practicing to run on Ponytail, her little mini horse. I think the whole stick horse thing was kinda boring for my little dare devil...

PICTURE DAY...

Yesterday was picture day! What do ya think? (after 3 long hours)
As you can tell Hayes really likes to sleep...

Kinlee has a new baby brother!!!

After 9 months of waiting, Kinlee finally has a baby brother!!! Hayes arrived March 26, 2008 at 6:45 pm. He weighed 8 lbs, 9 oz and was 21 inches long. (So much for thinking he would be smaller than Kinlee by having him a week early)!!! Kinlee weighed the exact same, but was 19.5 inches long. It was so cute, as soon as he was born and Kinlee heard him cry she couldn't wait to come in the room and show him her pony tails.

The other day Kinlee was broke in as the big sister! Yep, she got peed on!!! Trever was changing Hayes' bum and all I heard was the crying coming from downstairs "Baby brother peed all over me!" (over and over) ha ha

She's been such a great big sister!

Hello...

Ok, I've decided to try this blog thing (thanks to my friend Amy)... Don't expect anything too fancy, I am not very creative but it should be fun anyways.
